Composition

One tablet contains Cliona: metronidazole - 0 25 r + adjuvants (talc, corn starch, glycerol, magnesium srearat, colloidal silica, povidone ).

Antiprotozoal agent with an antimicrobial effect.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Indications

Tablets are taken orally after a meal or during drinking milk.

Instruction at trichomoniasis :

• from 18 - 0 5 g per day, in 2 divided doses for 10 days or 0, 8 grams per day, for two reception for one week or once every 2 g (patient and his partner);
• 10 years - 0, 5 g per day for 2 doses, 10 days;
• from 5 to 10 years - 0, 25-0, 35 g per day;
• from 2 to 5 years - 0 25 g per day.

With giardiasis :

• 18 years - 1 gram, 2 reception 5-7 days;
• aged 8 - 0 5 g, 2 reception;
• from 5 to 8 years - 0 375 grams per day;
• 3 years - 0 25 g per day for 2 receiving 5 days.

When serious violations of the liver or kidney disease daily dose should be reduced by 2 times.

Overdose

Cooperation

Not compatible with ethanol .
