 Reading activates mental abilities of older persons
 Modern people are not able to appreciate the power that carry the book. Scientists claim that reading - is as much a great brain training as writing texts. Moreover, reading is useful to everyone: from small children to people of venerable age. Thus, according to the latest research of scientists people in advanced age with a regular book reading can significantly improve your own memory.

In the course of this study, the experts interviewed 294 participants in the experiment to determine their cognitive abilities and memory status. This study is conducted among people with an average age of 89 years. It was conducted for about 6 years before their death.
