During the study the effects of physical activity on the state of life satisfaction was attended by people whose age is between 18 to 25 years. The study involved two groups of students who are studying at the University of Pennsylvania. 190 people from the first group were special diary with entries about their own well-being and attitude to life for eight days. Before the study, all study participants fill out a questionnaire in which they talked about as life satisfaction, self-assessment, as well as the physical activity of each person.
