Health Ministry Statistics published the incidence of cerebral palsy in Russia. According to the press service of the Ministry, at the end of 2010 the country registered 71,429 children with a diagnosis of "cerebral palsy" under 14 years of age and 13,655 children from 15 to 17 years with the same diagnosis.
