Indications:

Galazolin prescribed for acute respiratory disease with symptoms of rhinitis, the acute form of allergic rhinitis, hay fever, sinusitis, otitis media (to reduce swelling of nasal mucosa). The drug is prescribed to diagnostic procedures in the nasal cavity.

Contraindications:

Galazolin not prescribed for tachycardia , Hypertension, glaucoma, atherosclerosis, intolerance ksilometazolina, thyrotoxicosis, atrophic rhinitis, pregnancy, surgical interventions in the history of the meninges, breastfeeding. In diabetes, prostatic hyperplasia, in pediatric practice, angina   administered with caution.

Side effect:

Long-term and frequent use of the drug Galazolin causes dryness, irritation of the nose and throat, develop paresthesia , Hypersecretion, sneezing , A burning sensation. Rarely recorded violation of visual perception, insomnia, vomiting, headaches, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, tachycardia, palpitations, swelling of the nasal mucosa, depression. Mode of application:

Galazolin administered intranasally. Drops Galazolin: 0, 1% solution - 2-3 drops or sprayed into the nasal cavity using a special spray. Nasal gel is used 4 times a day: a small amount of gel lay deep in the nasal passage. It is recommended to lay the gel before bedtime.

Special instructions:

It is strongly recommended before using galazolin unclog nasal passages. Do not use the drug in children under two years. It is not recommended to use the drug for a long period of time with rhinitis (chronic).
